Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Dubón OS, a product of Dubón IA, S. de R.L. ("Dubón IA", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these conditions.

1. The service

Dubón OS is a cloud system to manage your business: quotes, invoicing, production, collections, inventory, payroll, accounting, and the applications included in the single public subscription. You can access it from any device with a browser and internet. Artificial intelligence is billed separately by actual, visible usage.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription and payment

You can subscribe today through assisted contact. Before accepting payment, we will show the payment method, monthly billing cycle, cancellation, refunds, and any applicable proration. Payments each business accepts from its own customers use that business's own gateway and never pass through the Dubón OS subscription.

The public offer is one monthly subscription: HNL 600 per month includes 1 person, unlimited branches, and every application; each additional person costs HNL 300 per month. Examples: 1 included + 5 additional = 6 people total for HNL 2,100 per month; 1 included + 10 additional = 11 people total for HNL 3,600 per month, before applicable taxes based on the buyer’s location. These amounts come from the official catalog. AI is billed by actual, visible usage. Custom or extraordinary work is quoted and contracted separately.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Dubón OS for illegal activity, to send spam or fraudulent content through the email/WhatsApp/AI features, or to attempt to access another subscribed business's information.

5. Designs generated with artificial intelligence

When you request a design in the Designer or in an online store, the description you write is sent to an external provider that generates the image. The designs that are generated are yours and you may use them commercially. In exchange, by using those features you agree that:

• You will not request designs that use another company's brand, logo or name without having that company's permission.
• You will not request illegal content, sexually explicit content, or forged documents, seals or banknotes.
• You will not use the generated designs to train any artificial intelligence system, neither your own nor a third party's.
• If you offer these features to your own customers — for example in your online store — you are responsible for making sure they follow these same rules.

The system automatically blocks requests it detects as falling outside these rules. If someone insists, we may suspend that account's access to the AI design features.

6. Your tax information

General business features are available globally. Fiscal and local-compliance features vary by buyer location and are available only when Dubón OS confirms them expressly before signup. Your business remains responsible for its local identifiers, numbering, and tax obligations.

7. Service availability

We make our best effort to keep the system available and working correctly, with a daily backup of your information. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability — there may be scheduled maintenance or events outside our control.

8. Cancellation on our part

We may suspend or cancel an account that violates these terms, uses the service abusively, or is not current on payment — always giving notice before a suspension, except in cases of serious abuse or real risk to other subscribers.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or within the system before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras.
