How it started
It all started at Multiservicios Dubón, a real signage and printing shop in Honduras. Like almost any small business, the operation lived scattered across WhatsApp, spreadsheets and loose boards — nothing talked to anything else, and every quote, every work order, every invoice meant jumping from one tool to the next.
Instead of buying a generic system designed for another country — or worse, one promising "electronic invoicing" without understanding how the tax authority in Honduras actually works — we built our own. One that solved the real problem: quote, produce, invoice and collect, all connected, complying with Honduran law from day one.
It worked so well that it stopped being just an internal tool. Other businesses — workshops, stores, law offices, clinics — had exactly the same problem: scattered tools, poorly adapted foreign systems, or simply nothing at all. That is how Dubón OS was born: the same system already running a real business, now available to any business.
